Steppermotor microstep drivers with optocoupler input

Information about our microstepdrivers

All microstepdrivers for steppermotors we sell have a current limitation by PWM ( Puls Width Modulation ). This means that the drivers don't need a large couling. Furthermore, all drivers have optocoupler inputs, so if a microstepdriver breaks down, the connected computer is protected. All microstepdrivers can be turned off ( idle ) by means of a switch, allowing the steppermotor to be turned by hand, or ( in case of an endswitch ) to protect the system by turning the microstepdriver and steppermotor off, no matter what the state of the computer is. Also, these microstepdrivers are completely build and tested. All wires are attached to the microstepdriver by means of connectors. These can be easy disconnected in case of a broken microstep driver. And all microstep-drivers can be used with free programs like Turbocnc ( dos ), Mach3 ( windows ), EMC ( Linux ), and all programms that use a step and direction signal. .

Steppermotor-microstep-driver MSD-50-5.6

This steppermotor microstepdriver may have a powersupply input between 20 Vdc and 50 Vdc. It has a maximum output current of 5.6 Ampere. It has an optocoupler input for step, direction and enable ( freerun ) and microsteps up to 25.600 step a revolution. It has a build in protection agains high temperatures and high voltages. It can supply microsteps to steppermotors of up to 12 Nm. Very powerful microstep driver.

Steppermotor-microstep-driver MSD-230-8

This microstepdriver has a maximum powersupply input of 230 Vac ( can also used without a transformer, but that is NOT RECOMENDED ) and has a maximum output current of 7.8 Ampere. It has an optocoupler input for step, direction and enable ( freerun ) and microsteps up to 10.000 step a revolution. It has a build in protection agains high temperatures and high voltages. Also it has a build in fan. This microstepdriver is NOT for starters with cnc. It has the ability to output 300 Volt, and those can be lethal.
